About Romy Chang Kcomt

Romy Chang Kcomt is a founding partner at Padilla & Chang and the head of the firm’s criminal law strategies and consulting practice. She holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She holds a Master's degree and a Doctorate in criminal law from Universidad de Salamanca, in Spain. She is an associate professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, in the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Management and Senior Management. She is also a member of the Honorary Tribunal of that university, a faculty representative on the Law School Council and a faculty representative on the University Assembly.
