About Vladimir Padilla Alegre

Vladimir Padilla Alegre is a founding partner at Padilla & Chang, specialising in the firm’s criminal litigation practice. He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has over 25 years of experience in criminal litigation. He also holds a Master’s degree in criminal law from the same university. Vladimir is a senior lecturer at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in Criminal Procedure Law. He is also a professor at the Peruvian Academy of the Judiciary. He specialises in criminal procedure law, oral litigation and criminal procedural reform. He has been a consultant and lecturer at numerous training sessions conducted within the framework of international co-operation projects.
