About André de Luizi Correia

André de Luizi Correia has been practising law for more than 25 years and is a founding partner of CFGS Advogados. He focuses on business arbitration and has represented some of Brazil’s largest construction companies and financial institutions, as well as some of the world’s major private equity firms and sovereign funds. His current portfolio includes billion-real cases regarding construction contracts, infrastructure, energy, financial services, and M&A. He also has experience in the oil and gas industry. André received an LLM with honours in Business Law from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (2014), and has an LLM in Civil Procedural Law (1999) and an LLB from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1995).
