About Sisay Habte

Sisay Habte is a partner at TBeST Law LLP, who co-heads, among others, the corporate practice of the firm. She has extensive experience in advising clients on a number of complex corporate transactions including incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, and liquidation. Sisay received her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Gondar and holds LLMs in International Business Law and Law, Economics and Finance from the Central European University and International University College of Turin respectively.
