About Simone Handfield

Simone Handfield is senior counsel at Levy Employment Law and brings over 25 years of experience as an employment attorney and human resources consultant. Simone regularly advises clients on a variety of employment matters, focusing primarily on workplace investigations and counselling on day-to-day workplace issues, negotiating offer and separation letter agreements, advising on FLSA audits, and reviewing and advising on enforceability of restrictive covenants. Simone began her legal career in the New York State Department of Law and subsequently worked at two premier law firms, followed by an extended tenure in the Employment Legal Group at Deutsche Bank, before returning to private practice.
