About Raphael Lee

Raphael Lee is of counsel to Levy Employment Law. Raph began his career as an employment litigator with two law firms, including working with Tracey and Simone at Proskauer Rose before moving to in-house practice. Raph served in progressively more senior in-house employment roles at AIG, Marsh McLennan and ultimately S&P Global, where he oversaw employment law matters globally. At Levy Employment Law, Raph advises on employment matters from hiring to termination, and everything in between, including structuring agreements, performance management and worker classification. Raph also regularly serves as a workplace investigator.
