About Tracey Levy

Tracey Levy is the founding member of Levy Employment Law and leverages 30 years of experience in employment law and employee relations to support organisations with all their employment law concerns. Tracey develops and delivers workplace training to build respectful workplaces, upskill HR professionals and equip managers to lead through her affiliate business Impact Workplace Training. For the past decade she has served as an educator with the Cornell University ILR School, training on effective workplace investigations, report writing, employee relations and employment law compliance. Tracey regularly shares her analysis of recent employment law developments, including through the firm’s blog and newsletter.
