About Eugene Kaw

Eugene Kaw is a former Philippine government official, having served for nine years in various senior management capacities in the legislative and executive branch, the most recent of which was as Assistant Secretary in the Department of Tourism of the Republic of the Philippines. He is now back in the private sector, where he assists with special projects and advises on aircraft finance and lease transactions. Eugene is a professor at several top-ranked Philippine law schools and advocates for a green aviation industry, specifically on the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) as a key pathway towards aviation decarbonisation.
