assists the corporate and special projects group at Tan Hassani and Counsels, as well as the aviation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in advising on one of the major airport projects in the Philippines. Fay’s background is in dispute resolution, which she uses to full advantage during aircraft finance and lease transaction to provide the utmost protection to aircraft owners and lessors. Her experience and input enable her to provide a more holistic approach to finance and lease deals.
