About Kerwin Tan

Kerwin Tan holds academic law qualifications in both Manila and New South Wales, Australia, and focuses mainly on commercial transactions and tax law. As one of only a handful of aviation law practitioners in Manila, he advises on aircraft financing, leasing and acquisitions, covering everything from small turboprops and helicopters to business jets and commercial aircrafts. Kerwin also acts as counsel to several air operators and flying schools, appears before the civil aviation authority, and assists with applications to operate air transport services.
