About Jose Maria B. Buenagua

Jose Maria B. Buenagua advises on corporate transactions, employment law, outsourcing, data privacy and dispute resolution at Tan Hassani and Counsels. He holds an LLM in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law where he holds the distinction of being among the first two Filipinos to earn such LLM from that university. Previously, he held the position of deputy legal counsel for a diversified holding company operating across sectors such as construction, architectural consultancy, media, fitness and food services, where he gained extensive experience in providing strategic legal advice on employment law.
