About Alexandre Meyniel

Alexandre Meyniel of Cartier Meyniel Schneller is a member of the Paris and New York Bars and specialises in international arbitration corporate litigation. He has acted as counsel in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings governed by the main arbitration rules (ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, SCC), in complex corporate disputes involving corporate law (shareholder disputes, warranty indemnification, governance), as well as commercial law (distribution, franchise, commercial agents). He has developed an expertise in the field of enforcement, in the development and co-ordination of multi-jurisdictional procedures for securing assets, notably in the context of disputes involving foreign States. Alexandre used to practise with Viguié Schmidt and Jones Day.
