About Marie-Laure Cartier

Marie-Laure Cartier of Cartier Meyniel has been a member of the Paris Bar for 20 years and specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration. Marie-Laure assists French and international clients at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages, including enforcement, in the following areas: contract law, product liability, distribution law (franchising, commercial agency), and construction law (Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), consortium, subcontracting). She also acts as an arbitrator in domestic and international commercial arbitrations. Marie-Laure teaches a course on dispute resolution at the Institut de Droit des Affaires of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and practised with Clifford Chance and Jones Day in Paris, Sao Paulo and New York.
