About Marie-Laure Cartier

Marie-Laure Cartier of Cartier Meyniel Schneller has been a member of the Paris Bar for 20 years and specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration. She assists French and international clients at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages, including enforcement, in the following areas: contract law, product liability, distribution law (franchising, commercial agency), construction law (EPC, consortium, subcontracting). She also acts as an arbitrator in domestic and international commercial arbitrations. Marie-Laure teaches a course on dispute resolution at the Institut de Droit des Affaires of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and practised with Clifford Chance and Jones Day in Paris, Sao Paulo and New York.
