She has extensive experience advising on projects in regulated industries, as well as in interactions with major Brazilian regulatory agencies, including ANVISA, ANEEL, INCRA, ANPD, INPI, and CVM. With prior experience at European law firms, Maria Clara has advised on international business law, technology, and data protection. She holds a Master’s degree in international business, arbitration and tax law from the Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia (Italy) and currently oversees the firm’s internal operations and strategic development.
