About Norman Chimuka

Norman Chimuka is a founding partner at ChimukaMafunga. He specialises in mining, mergers and acquisitions, organisational restructuring, finance (corporate finance, trade finance and mortgage financing) as well as energy and construction law. He has closed a number of deals in the areas of mining, banking, trade finance and mergers and acquisitions in recent times. He is a former director of the National Building Society.
