About Márcio Pina Marques

Márcio Pina Marques has been a partner at Advocacia Bettiol since 2015. He held the position of Federal State Attorney between 2005 and 2014, and the position of General Attorney of Brazilian National Electric Power Regulatory Agency (Aneel) between 2009 and 2012. Márcio he was Legal and Regulatory Director of Enersul – Empresa Energética do Mato Grosso do Sul in between 2012 and 2014. He graduated in law from the UNICEUB in 2003, in international relations from the University of Brasilia in 2002, and he has a post-graduate degree in electric power regulatory law from the University of Brasília – UnB. Márcio is the author of several articles published in specialised journals.
