About Márcio Pina

Márcio Pina is a partner at Advocacia Bettiol with 20 years of specialised experience in the Brazilian electricity sector. He holds an MBA in Electric Energy Regulatory Law from the University of Brasília. Before joining Advocacia Bettiol, Márcio was a federal attorney, a general attorney of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (“ANEEL”), the legal and regulatory director of ENERSUL (a distribution company) during ANEEL’s intervention, and a Federal Supreme Court justice assistant. He has authored several legal articles that have appeared in specialised publications.
