About Kaitlin Gray

Kaitlin Gray is an associate in Osler’s tax group. Her practice focuses on transfer pricing, cross-border (both inbound and outbound) taxation, and tax structuring matters. Kaitlin has significant experience representing clients in transfer pricing audits, including making successful submissions to the Transfer Pricing Review Committee. She also has experience in dispute resolution procedures specific to transfer pricing and seeking treaty relief from double taxation through the Canadian Competent Authority. Kaitlin recently completed a secondment to the Department of Finance Canada where she worked on international outbound matters.
