About Mark Brender

Mark Brender leads Osler’s tax group in Montréal. He is the past Chair of the Canadian Tax Foundation (Canada’s leading organisation for tax professionals). Mark’s practice is broad based, focusing on domestic and international tax planning, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, financings and tax dispute resolution. Mark provides strategic advice to clients on transfer pricing issues arising in reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions, as well as on the structuring and defence of intercompany arrangements.
