Ashley Grant is an associate in the Kirkland’s IP litigation team in London. Ashley has broad trial and appellate experience in complex cross-border IP litigation in the technology, telecommunications (including SEP/ FRAND) and life sciences sectors. Her clients cover a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, software, medical devices, and manufacturing. Ashley also has experience in large scale commercial disputes, international arbitrations and high-profile investigations. She is dual qualified in England and Wales, and New York, giving her particular insight into cross-border litigation.
