About Anna Kapteijn

Anna Kapteijn is a lawyer (counsel) at HabrakenRutten. She has been specialised in real estate since 2009. She has worked in the projects and real estate team at Allen & Overy and in the construction law team at Stibbe. She has experience in the construction sector, renewable energy sector, project finance and procurement law. Since 2016, she has combined her legal practice with academic research at the VU University of Amsterdam. Her PhD research focuses on the information risks in integrated construction contracts. At the VU University of Amsterdam she also teaches master courses in procurement law, contract law and construction law.
