About Jan Brölmann

Jan Brölmann heads HabrakenRutten’s TMT team and is a specialist in IT, technology, outsourcing, cloud computing, privacy, cybersecurity and (big) data. As a lawyer, he has been advising in the field of technology for more than 15 years and has also amassed broad litigation experience. Jan is also experienced in drafting and negotiating software licences, source code escrow arrangements, contracts for cloud solutions and As-a-Service contracts. Jan is a member of the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR) and the Privacy Law Association (VPR) and he is an expert author in law and technology for Computable, an online platform for IT professionals.
