About Mohamed Eldib

Mohamed Eldib is a partner at Eldib & Co and heads both the Corporate and Commercial Department and the Anti-Counterfeiting Department. Specialising in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law, Mohamed oversees critical areas such as company incorporation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and legal due diligence. He is highly regarded for managing high-profile contracts globally and providing insightful legal consultations. Mohamed’s leadership extends internationally, serving on committees with INTA, AIPPI, IBA, AmCham and AEPPI.
