About Chanelle Richter

Chanelle Richter was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2020 after completing her articles of clerkship under the guidance of Ms Simpson between 2018 and 2020. Chanelle enjoys all aspects of family law and has a particular interest in cyber law, defamation, and general commercial litigation. She has a Bachelor of Social Science in media and sociology from the University of Cape Town (2014), an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch (2017) and a certificate in the fundamentals of cyber security from the University of Cape Town (2018).
