About Ashleigh West-Russell

Ashleigh West-Russell has an interest in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), with a focus on arbitration and mediation. She is astute in managing matters in a variety of forums. Alongside practising as an attorney and notary, Ashleigh has lectured arbitration and mediation on behalf of the Stellenbosch Law Faculty and has been contracted by Edge Education Publishing as the lead author of a dispute resolution textbook. She is excited by the opportunities ADR affords clients to obtain results efficiently and with long-term satisfaction. Ashleigh has a BA (law) LLB from the University of Stellenbosch (2015); an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch (2016); and a Master’s in ADR (cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch (2019). She was admissted as a notary in 2021.
