About Nimrod Prawer

Nimrod Prawer is vice-head of the antitrust and competition department at Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co. He has extensive experience and expertise in antitrust law and competition regulation, and regularly advises multinational and domestic companies on antitrust matters related to complex M&A transactions and antitrust litigation. He has accumulated unique expertise in conducting multinational cross-jurisdictional reviews of merger notifications, and represents his clients before the Israeli Antitrust Authority and the Antitrust Tribunal.
