About Andhika Kusumonegoro

Andhika Kusumonegoro focuses on litigation and dispute settlement, manpower issues, corporate commercial matters and compliance. His responsibilities as an associate at KARNA include the preparation of court documents and legal opinions, and representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings. Before joining KARNA Partnership, Andhika gained experience at Roosdiono & Partners and PT JTrust Investments Indonesia, where he specialised in commercial transaction disputes, manpower disputes, real estate disputes and insolvency/bankruptcy matters. Andhika holds a degree in law from Universitas Brawijaya and demonstrated exceptional leadership as the president of the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) Indonesia during his academic tenure. He is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
