About Dimas Nandaraditya

Dimas Nandaraditya has extensive experience in tech, corporate governance, risk management, financial services and M&A. Prior to joining KARNA, Dimas served as group general counsel at Traveloka for eight years, where he led all fundraising rounds and venture activities for Traveloka’s extensive investment portfolio and built the legal, compliance, public policy and risk management departments from scratch. Dimas also worked at Baker McKenzie for five years in the finance, banking and projects practice group, specialising in structuring, mergers, and project financing. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Universitas Indonesia and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania. Dimas is also an ISO-certified risk governance and management professional.
