About Oluwanifemi Alade

Oluwanifemi Alade is an associate in the Finance and Projects team at Tope Adebayo LP, where she advises on structured finance, project finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and public-private partnerships. She provides support to sponsors, lenders, investors and corporate clients on transaction structuring, legal due diligence, financing and security documentation, regulatory compliance and transaction completion across the energy, infrastructure, financial services, technology and real estate sectors. Oluwanifemi graduated from the Nigerian Law School and holds an LL.B. from the University of Lagos. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
