Tudor Velea is a partner at Lexters, with over 15 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, M&A, project finance, and real estate. His practice focuses on advising banks and private investment funds active in the fintech and blockchain sectors (on both the sponsor and buyer sides) including co-investment vehicles and leading private equity sponsors in buyouts, growth capital, media and telecommunications, as well as international private equity. Tudor also advises US and non-US private investment funds navigating the digital asset space. He has notable experience in emerging markets fund formation, including assisting blockchain and fintech-focused sponsors in structuring vehicles to access international capital and regulatory markets.
