Tudor Velea is a partner at Lexters, and has over 15 years of practice focused on venture capital, private equity, M&A, project finance and real estate. His practice focuses on advising banks and private investment funds in the fintech sector (both sponsor and buyer side), co-investment funds and some of the private equity industry’s leading sponsors of buyout, growth capital, media and telecommunications, international private equity, and US and non-US private investment funds. Tudor has significant experience in emerging markets fund formation, including assisting emerging market-based sponsors in accessing international markets.
