About Mathilde Merckx

Mathilde Merckx has strong experience in life sciences and healthcare Law, whether from recognised law firms in that sector, or in-house, within the global legal department of a major pharmaceutical company, specialising in vigilance, products safety, risk management and regulatory affairs. In 2024, she achieved official certification in Health Law from the French national lawyers’ body. Mathilde Merckx assists, advises and defends companies and entrepreneurs in the sector (insurers, pharmaceutical, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements, international organisations, CROs etc), on national and international issues, in both regulatory and litigation. As the representative of the firm within the International Bar Association’s life sciences and healthcare law committee, she collaborates, on a regular basis, with peers within the healthcare sector worldwide.
