Xavier Lebrasseur is particularly involved in industrial risks, construction law and product liability law, areas in which he has acquired solid and recognised experience. He has also developed a consultancy practice in business law, particularly contract law, thanks to his experience in the field. For more than 30 years, he has been advising clients in a wide variety of fields, including industry, construction, cosmetics and all forms of engineering, as well as in out-of-court settlements and litigation. He advises insurance companies as well as manufacturers, services providers and engineering offices. He has been trained in mediation and regularly advises clients on alternative dispute resolution methods.
