About Ayxan Asadov

Ayxan Asadov is managing principal of Bureau 28a. He has been practicing law for over 25 years, having started at one of the Big Four accountancy firms in Baku as a legal consultant. In 1997, he joined an international law firm at its Almaty office before transferring to its new Baku office in April 1998. He established Bureau 28a in 2023 and advises on all aspects of commercial law, including contracts, taxation, antitrust, and customs laws. He also advises on specific industry aspects of oil and gas, infrastructure, renewable, and mining projects, including acquisition and disposal of assets.
