About Alice Viviana Niccoli

Alice Viviana Niccoli is a lawyer in the IP practice at EY TAX & LAW, Milan, Italy. As well as a background in Italian law, Alice also has significant experience of international law. She has more than six years of experience in legal advisory and litigation, mainly in the fields of IP law and unfair competition. Alice is a member of the Milan Bar Association. In addition to being a lawyer, she has supplemented her work experience in the academic environment as a tutor of the UPC European Patent Litigation certificate’s courses at the Politecnico di Milano.
