About Gilbert Kaemba Mwamba

Gilbert Kaemba Mwamba is the managing partner of Gill & Seph Advocates, and has more than 12 years’ post admission experience. He is a versatile commercial lawyer, with an uncommon analytical mind and the ability to understand and attend to complex instructions. Gilbert is a member of the Law Association of Zambia, the Institute of Directors Zambia, the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and Fellow (FCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also an accredited Insolvency Practitioner with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency. Gilbert has diverse experience across the firm’s dispute resolution and corporate practice areas. He advises on tax, mining, energy, environment and insolvency laws.
