Natalia Bell
is an associate at Pogust Goodhead and works primarily on the NOx Emissions Group litigations in Scotland. During her traineeship, and following qualification as a solicitor in 2021, Natalia has worked exclusively in litigation, generally on matters proceeding in the Court of Session. She has dealt with high-value and complex claims, including group proceedings, clinical negligence actions, product liability actions, commercial actions and judicial reviews. She also has some experience of public inquiry work.
