About Helle Ina Elmer

Helle Ina Elmer is an attorney-at-law at HaugaardBraad and is regarded as one of Denmark’s leading experts on EIA and SIA, advising on Danish and EU environmental law. She joined HaugaardBraad after a senior legal specialist role in the Danish Ministry of Environment, where she was responsible for the Planning Act and Environmental Assessment Act. She holds a PhD in property law and expropriation, lectures at Aalborg University and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
