About Mads Lund

Mads Lund is an attorney-at-law at HaugaardBraad, specialised in Danish and EU environmental law. He primarily handles cases concerning Natura 2000 protection, Annex IV species, nature conservation, soil contamination and raw materials extraction, together with public law litigation and liability. He previously spent seven years with the Danish Environmental and Food Board of Appeals, gaining deep insight into complex administrative and environmental procedures. Mads has the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
