About David Yaw Danquah

David Yaw Danquah is the managing partner of Legalstone Solicitors PRUC. He was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2014 and is a Chartered Institute of Arbitrators member. His skills span gaming, M&A, corporate and commercial practice, metals and mining, debt recovery and restructuring, real estate, and international commercial arbitration. He has helped companies establish, operate and navigate the dynamics involved in games-of-chance licensing, taxation in relation to games of chance, and online games of chance in Ghana and other African countries, including South Africa. David is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and holds a master’s degree in international dispute resolution from Queen Mary University of London.
