About David Yaw Danquah

David Yaw Danquah is the managing director of Legalstone Solicitors. He was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2014, and is also a Chartered Institute of Arbitrators member. His areas of expertise include gaming, M&A, corporate and commercial, metals and mining, debt recovery and restructuring, real estate, and international commercial arbitration. He has helped companies with the intricate dynamics of games-of-chance licensing, taxation in relation to games of chance, and online games of chance in Ghana and other African countries. David has an LLB from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a PQCL from the Ghana School of Law. He also holds a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard University, and an LLM with a Merit Degree in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London.
