About Eduardo Castro Marques

Eduardo Castro Marques is Dower’s managing partner and a founding partner, with around 18 years of professional experience. His employment practice focuses on restructurings, collective bargaining, dismissals, litigation and emerging issues including pay transparency, artificial intelligence and Employer of Record arrangements. He teaches and coordinates postgraduate studies in Human Resources and Labour Relations, regularly delivers employment law training, and publishes on current labour law developments. Eduardo founded and chaired the Portuguese Association of Young Labour Lawyers between 2013 and 2018 and is a member of the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance. He has been recognised by leading international legal directories.
