Filipa Ribeiro Gonçalves is a principal associate and coordinator of Dower’s Employment team, with around seven years of professional experience. Her practice focuses on employment law and Privacy and Compliance, advising employers on day-to-day labour matters, restructurings, remuneration and equality, working time, internal policies and employment-related data protection. She has particular experience in pay transparency and the interaction between employment law, technology and privacy. Filipa regularly delivers training and contributes to publications on employment-law developments.
