About Lukáš Michálik

Lukáš Michálik is a partner at Ments and a reputed Slovak lawyer with more than 18 years’ experience and a strong background in the areas of life sciences, M&A, and compliance. Lukáš is a member of the Committee for the Recodification of Private Law in Slovakia and an active participant of the Slovak Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and Charles University in Prague.
