Lukáš Michálik is a well-known Slovak lawyer with more than 17 years of experience and a strong background in the areas of life sciences, M&A, and compliance. In addition to the legal services provided to clients, Lukáš is also active in various non-work activities. He is a member of the committee for the recodification of Slovak private law and an active participant of the Slovak Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. Lukáš is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and Charles University in Prague. He is a partner at Ments.
