Álvaro Garrido Mesa is the founding partner of Legal Node. He is recognised as a leading tokenisation and digital assets expert in the EU. Álvaro holds 15 years of experience as a banking and finance lawyer and fintech adviser. Before founding Legal Node, he worked in-house at world-leading technology companies, and at top-tier international law firms. He has participated in pivotal working groups and fintech legislative initiatives at national and international level to facilitate the adoption of digital assets. He is a regular speaker at main digital assets events and participates as a lecturer in dedicated digital asset courses at the Cambridge Judge Business School, the Luxembourg Digital Learning Hub and the Madrid Bar Association (Spain).
