About Elena Sevila

Elena Sevila is a Spanish qualified lawyer, registered as a foreign lawyer in Switzerland, with more than 15 years of experience in international dispute resolution. She is an arbitration specialist, involved in over 50 international arbitrations administered by all major institutions and ad hoc cases, as counsel and arbitrator, in Spanish, English and French. Elena’s sectors of experience include construction, infrastructure and energy, mining, telecoms, technology, financial services and hospitality. She has acted in matters relating to agency/licensing, joint ventures/post-M&A and shareholders’ agreements. She has extensive experience in IP-related matters. Elena is co-chair of the Arbitration committee of the Madrid Bar. She holds an LLM Degree (MIDS) from the Graduate Institute in Geneva.
