About Robert Kry

Robert Kry is a partner at MoloLamken LLP whose practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation. He represents clients before the US Supreme Court, the federal courts of appeals, and other federal and state courts. He has authored more than 40 Supreme Court briefs and has argued numerous matters in trial and appellate courts. His practice covers a broad array of subject matters, including sovereign immunity, arbitration, the enforcement of arbitral awards, constitutional law, business litigation, securities fraud, criminal law and intellectual property. Robert joined MoloLamken after several years in the Supreme Court and appeals practice of another prominent firm. Before that, he served as a law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia of the US Supreme Court and to Judge Alex Kozinski of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
