About Friederike Henke

Friederike Henke studied law in Maastricht (the Netherlands) and Saarbrücken (Germany) and has been a lawyer in the Netherlands since 2006. In 2010, she was admitted to the German Bar, following which she joined the Cologne Bar as a Rechtsanwältin (lawyer). At BUREN, Friederike is a partner and specialises in international corporate law, M&A, financing, reorganisation, and restructuring. Friederike advises both multinationals and mid-sized companies in international transactions and procedures, and in their daily legal work. She is a member of the German-Dutch lawyers association, the German lawyers association DAV (Deutscher Anwaltverein) and the DAV Niederlande of which she is the president. She is also a member of the International Bar Association.
