About David A. Selden

David A. Selden has drafted most of the Arizona employment laws enacted during the last 30 years, including the landmark 1996 Arizona Employment Protection Act defining and limiting wrongful termination claims, and ten other employment laws. David received his JD, magna cum laude from Georgetown University, and a BA and MA from George Washington University. In addition to his 44 years’ practising employment law and commercial litigation, he has 12 years of experience working for Members of Congress in Washington DC. He has successfully represented employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in more than 20 states.
