About Julie A. Pace

Julie A. Pace was named one of the ten most influential lawyers in Arizona by Arizona Business Magazine. She counsels and represents businesses in employment, litigation, construction, healthcare, corporate, and government investigations, regulatory and administrative matters. Julie prepares employment handbooks, restrictive covenant agreements and employment agreements; she also handles employment due diligence in M&A transactions, and guides employers through difficult HR issues. Julie received her JD cum laude, and BS, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University, and was Symposium/Articles Editor for the Law Journal. She was a law clerk and has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals.
